PROSAFE-RS

Seamlessly integrates the distributed control system DCS (Distributed Control Systems) and security instrument system SIS (SAFE Instrumented System), which simplifies the factory automation design and improves the integration of equipment.

In traditional cases, DCS and SIS are two independent systems. Each system requires its own communication platforms and hardware structures. Under such circumstances, it is necessary to spend a lot of engineering time and manpower and material resources in order to realize the operation of the factory.

Integrated network

Prosafe-RS directly connects to the network used by the Henghe motor Centum CS3000 R3. This system has undergone on-site inspection. Data exchange between SIS and DCS does not require gateway or interface hardware, which realizes secure communication between SIS controller, and has passed verification in the DCS-SIS integration configuration.
