Working principle
When the 3051CG series pressure transmitter works, the high, low -pressure isolation membrane and irrigation are passed on the process pressure to the filling liquid, and then the filling is passed on the sensor center of the sensor center. Sensing film is a tension elastic element that changes with the pressure of the displacement (for the GP surface pressure transmitter, the atmospheric pressure is like the low -pressure side of the sensor film). The AP stress transmitter always maintains a reference pressure at the low pressure side. The Z large displacement of the sensor film is 0.004 inches (0.1 mm), and the displacement volume is proportional to the pressure. The capacitor plate on both sides detects the location of the sensor membrane. The difference between the capacitor between the sensor and the capacitor plate is converted to the corresponding current, and the voltage or digital Hart (high -speed addressable remote transmitter data highway) output signal.
