The Fisher 67D series Director-acting regulators and filter regulators are commonly used to provide reduced, stable vaporized liquid pressure to director-acting controllers and other pneumatic instruments.

Optional configuration

Type 67D and 67DS: Voltage regulators are standard instrument voltage regulators.

No filter or internal safety valve.

Type 67DF and 67DFS: Filter regulators are equipped with filters for cleaning

Type 67DFR and 67DFSR: Filter regulator with filter and internal safety valve,
