Fisher 4195K gauge pressure indicating controllers show process pressure and set point on an easy-to-read process scale. The controllers compare process pressure with an operator-adjusted set point and deliver a pneumatic signal to a control element so that process pressure changes toward the set point. Controller types are available for proportional only, proportional-plus-reset, and differential gaps for on/off control. 4195K controllers are used in industries where accurate pressure control and process monitoring are required.

Advantage

- Easy maintenance - Simple design, fast and easy maintenance, and few spare parts to repair.

- Easy to adjust - Quickly adjust the set point and the zero and range of the process pointer without special tools, and switch between positive and negative action. In addition, set points and proportional controls can be adjusted, and the two types of adjustments do not affect each other. - Application - Variety - Bourdon tube or capsule input elements can control a variety of positive, vacuum or combined pressures.

- Installation versatility - The 4195K series controller can be mounted directly on the actuator, or mounted on a pipe rack, wall or panel.

- Vibration resistance - The simple and lightweight design of the internal components enables the 4195K controller to withstand the vibrations of most factory environments.

- High display visibility - Quickly understand the process pressure and deviation from the set point by looking at the two red hands on the 114 mm (4-1/2 in) long black and white dial. The other two gauges monitor the air source and output pressure.

- Low gas consumption - Relay and nozzle design reduces steady-state gas consumption to 0.094 m3/hr (3.5 scfh).

Corrosion resistance - The tough plastic housing is resistant to corrosive environments (such as the salt spray atmosphere on chemical plants and offshore oil platforms). The internal structure is resistant to corrosive air source pressure media.
